At Honey Stinger, we stand behind the quality of our energy fuels and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Hive customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Check Product Integrity

  Ensure that all food items are unopened, in their original packaging, and have at least 90 days remaining before their expiration date.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
